Hells Canyon is a BEAUTIFUL area!I loved it: EVEN the Idaho side.
I couldn't tell you about EK, but yes it's the Snake River. Beautiful area between Oregon and Idaho.
Deepest canyon in the US, deeper than the Grand Canyon, at over a mile from here down to the Snake River.
