Broad-a-crossing

I love how you try to keep the states from mixing,
but thanks to 4-wheel drive (and low tide),
it will never keep us apart.

I LOVE this photo. Love it, love it, love it!

The sentiment behind it, the photo itself... ahh! It's fabulous!

Now um, where is it? (I need to get like a stamp or something so that I don't have to type that all the time!)

I agree, Amanda.

Who had the idea of separating states with a fence that stops nothing?

Very amusing.

Gotta love some engineers in this world Wombat... I mean really, last time I checked, a fence with string was TOTALLY all that was needed to stop water. 8-) Ah well, stupid people - myself included! - make the world go round. :)

I would love to leave you all in suspense but I just can't do it to my beloved blog people. :) As I told Wombat, it is the VA/NC line and the only way to cross (besides on foot) is during low tide with 4-wheel drive vehicles.

Is there a problem with Virginians mixing with North Carolinians that we are unaware of? LMAO

And that's not me but sis caught in the act. I plead guilty also, but I was the one snapping the pics...

Oh btw, co-conspirators are just as guilty in a court of law... you might get a year less time. ;) hehe

(I'll try to think next time before hitting send...)

Odds are good it has to do with beach law, they dont want you casually strolling from one to the other if one side allows booze and the other doesnt etc...

now if there was no roads letting you cross the border for a long ways away, then Id get worried.
