This is a poem that this darling girl wrote about me when she was 12 years old.As strict as a king..The king of usAs bossy as the governmentBut very generousAs generous as the sunShe was also funnyAs funny as KatieAnd coleslaw that's gone runnyAs freckled as a spotty dogA leopard, or an apple treeA smile as big as a satellite dishShe was also very cuddlyAs scary as an angry rhinoA look as sharp as Einstein"I'm not impressed" she would sayThen I knew it was bedtime

As funny as Katie
