This brings back so many memories...My parents owned an Apple Orchard in a place calle "Applethorpe" - the coldest place in Queensland. That tree could do with a bit of work btw LOL..
Scorpy, you're right - some of the branches of this tree are held up with sticks!! It's in my boss's yard, and she must not own a pair of pruners.I woke up one morning to find a doe munching on the apples that had fallen to the ground, and it was beautiful.My parents use this phrase on me often; usually when I remind them of each other.
