Man, that is really the stuff of memories. I imagined the Wall being surrounded by trees, (as I guess it might be along some parts.) Looks like a beautiful, cold, day.Amazing pic.
It was a fantastic trip.Didn't see many trees along the section of wall we walked along, but as it was a defence wall perhaps they were all long ago cleared away? Not sure about that.It was a stunning beautiful, cold and clear day.
That's a good thought, Tei, the idea that the trees were removed to give better sight-lines. You would make a good General. General Tei. Hmmm. It has a nice ring to it, Madam General.

That is one place in the world I definately want to visit..
