This takes me away to a calm place. Truth be told, it takes me away to a campari and soda. Is it just me, or can you smell that fragrant night air approaching?
Hmmm... a little early for that isn't it Wombat? ;) Then again, if you're one of those night owls I mentioned in the last comment, I guess not. It could be the perfect time of day.
I don't think you can get those soft pastels in the Southern Hemisphere more often than not they are more instense. This pic just seems to go on forever.
Oh, that is so true, Scorps. There is a big difference between NH light and SH light, just as you say. At a guess: more land north, less land south. Atmospheric dust and so on. Isn't this a great juxtaposition for whatever reason? Love it. Thank you to both photographers.
I want to stand,sit lay at this very spot. This photograph makes you feel like you want to know what the weather is like and what the sea smells like.
