That photo was taken around mid-June. And this was when it had gone down!!!
When we arrived, we had boards over our windows on the second story (this photo was taken out our window btw) because the snow was to the top of them. That was the end of May.

No wonder they didn't get to turn that Oregon Trail into a freeway until last year.
