I love Quebec for introducing me to poutine.

Mmmmmmmm.

I heart poutine.

Even though I've never tasted it.

Nothing compares to fries, gravy and cheese curds. It might not look great, but it is a party in your mouth.

I like french fries.

I love cheese curds.

Depending on the gravy, I can take it or leave it.

Strangely enough though, the combination seems kinda weird to me. If I ever make it to Quebec, I'll give it a shot though.

Until then, I think I'll keep 'em seperate.

Doesn't it give anyone a stomach ache just looking at it? Besides me I mean...?

It is so worth any stomach you could ever get. I must limit myself to a certain number of poutines or I could eat them every day.

Do you work for the Poutine Marketing Authority, Rach?

Rach I am counting down the months until we can go to La Banquise or to chez Ashton. mmmmmmm (Where one finds Montreal's best poutine.)

I'm sorry Montreal's best poutines are in the little greasy joints like "Lafleur"! If you've never tried it, you should! At least once!
